Items must be unused, in the original condition, and with all original packaging, including tags and any accessories that were included.
2. How to Return an Item
If you would like to return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your item to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
- Approval: We will review your request and send you a return authorization and instructions.
- Return Shipping: Once approved, package the item securely in its original packaging. Please ship the item back to the return address provided. Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
- Proof of Return: We recommend obtaining proof of shipping when returning items, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent.
